Center for Research in Biological Chemistry and Molecular Materials (CiQUS) is pleased to offer Doctoral Position (4 yr.) in Biochemistry ERC – Starting Grant project. Spanish applicants are eligible to apply for this position.

The general aim of DYNAP project is to identify, at the molecular level, the minimal topological and structural motifs that govern the membrane translocation of peptides and proteins.

The Center for Research in Biological Chemistry and Molecular Materials (CiQUS) is part of the Network of Singular Research Centers of the International Campus of Excellence – Campus Vida and focuses its scientific objectives on the application of transdisciplinary strategies for Solving scientifically relevant problems in the field of biological chemistry and developing new functional materials.

Degree Level: Position is available to pursue doctoral programme.

Eligibility: The following criteria must be met in order for applicants to be eligible for the scholarship:

• They seek outstanding individuals with initiative, creativity and team-working ability and with a diploma in Biology, Chemical Biology, Biochemistry or Molecular Biology.


• Experience in cell biology and proteins and/or peptide delivery will be highly considered.


• Good communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken English are essential.
