Scholarship Description:

2023 Labex-Milyon Masters Scholarship is open for International Students . The scholarship allows Masters level programm(s) in the field of Mathematics, Computer Science taught at University of Lyon . The deadline of the scholarship is expired at 04 Jan 2023.

The University of Lyon, located in Lyon and Saint-Étienne, France, is a center for higher education and research comprising 11 members and 24 associated institutions. Every year, the Labex MILYON offers scholarships for Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree on academic criteria to several mainly international students wishing to join one of the courses offered by the institutions of the University of Lyon that the labex supports. 

MASTER Programmes

Note: if these scholarships are primarily for foreign students, they can also be open to the best French students.

Degree Level:

2023 Labex-Milyon Masters Scholarship is available to undertake Masters level programs at University of Lyon.

Available Subjects:

Following subject are available to study under this scholarship program.

  • Mathematics
  • Computer Science

Scholarship Benefits:

Amount of the scholarship: 1,000 € net / month over a period of 10 months.

The MILYON Labex can also supplement (up to a maximum of 1,000 € per month for 10 months) partial funding for studies in Lyon – Saint-Étienne.

Eligible Nationalities:

This scholarship is open to all international students. 

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates with a good academic background will be preferred. 

Application Procedure:

Candidates must upload the following documents:

  • summary (vitae) (at most 2 pages)
  • cover letter
  • scanned version of academic results (all university years if available)
  • description of the courses followed in 2021-2022 (or 2020-2021 if it is the most recent available)
  • two recommendation letters (one from the tutor in 2021-2022 or 2020-2021)

All applications not completed before January 5th 2022 (recommendation letters included) will not be considered.
