2014 AITASC Fully Funded Master Position for Korean & International Students, Korea


The Advanced IT & Ship Convergence Center (AITASC) in Korea Maritime & Ocean University invites application for a fully funded master position in Marine electronic Instruments and Ship Navigation Standards. Successful applicant will work on several ongoing projects in the laboratory. The successful student’s tuition fees will be waived and about 750,000 KRW for living expenses will be paid monthly. Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer engineering, IT engineering or related majors and they should accept to change their major to Control and Instrumentation engineering. The application deadline is July15th 2014.

  • One Fully funded position for a master student is available in Advanced IT & Ship Convergence Center (AITASC) in Korea Maritime & Ocean University. Successful applicant will work on several ongoing projects in the laboratory. AITASC with more than 200 accomplished projects is one of the most active laboratories in KMOU and students will learn the modern applied technology in maritime industry.

  • One fully funded master position is available at Advanced IT & Ship Convergence Center (AITASC).

  • The successful student’s tuition fees will be waived and about 750,000 KRW for living expenses will be paid monthly.

  • The strongest candidates will be those demonstrating a mixture of academic merit (including English language ability) and other merit or outstanding achievement in a particular field of activity.

Eligibility:
-
Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer engineering, IT engineering or related majors and they should accept to change their major to Control and Instrumentation engineering.
-Previous background in computer technology and development of software systems.
-The applicants should be good at communication, Team working and English Proficiency.
