Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be 18–30 years old (exceptions possible for strong candidates)
- Be a founder or senior leader of a registered non-profit organization
- Organization must:
- Be operational for at least 3 years
- Work in underserved communities
- Meet income criteria:
- $10,000 – $1 million (for $10,000 grant tier)
- $100,000 – $2 million (for $50,000 Lead2030 tier)
- Demonstrate:
- Leadership and impact
- Commitment to improving global health
- Be proficient in English
- Be eligible to travel to Cape Town
