The Baillie Gifford Prize Fellowship at India Institute, King’s  College London provides full financial support to a student on the MRes  Contemporary India programme.  Fellowship is open to applicants of all  nationalities. Mid-career professionals are particularly encouraged to apply.  Fellowship is available in all Subjects that fall within the remit of the King’s  India Institute. International Students can apply for these  scholarships. The Fellowship, worth up to £30,000, will cover the tuition  fees of the successful candidate, in addition to providing a stipend to cover  living costs over one year for a full-time student (two years for a part-time  student). The application deadline is December 13th 2013.

Scholarship Description: Applications  are invited for the Baillie Gifford Prize Fellowship at the India Institute,  King’s College London. The Fellowship provides full financial support to a  student on the MRes Contemporary India programme. The Baillie Gifford Prize  Fellowship supports the Institute’s goals of enhancing the quality of public  knowledge and debate in, and about, contemporary India.  The MRes  Contemporary India is a research-track Masters degree that imparts advanced  training to support a student in producing an original piece of research under  expert supervision.
