Harvard Business School was established in the year 1908; this clearly shows that the school is as old as the early management theories of all times. At that time the School was known as Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. The School in the year 1908 had just 15 faculty and eighty students divided into 33 regular ones and 47 special students. It is the world’s first MBA degree providing educational institution. From the year 1908 onwards Harvard Business School has continuously strived to redefine management education and concepts. In the year 1922 the School introduced its Doctoral program and founded the famous and historic Harvard Business Review. The school is also credited for producing corporate leaders, academicians and management gurus for the world to benefit. Today Harvard Business School is one of the top business schools in the globe. Currently Harvard Business School has faculty strength of 218 full time positions. The School is located in a forty acre residential campus at Soldier’s Field, Boston, Massachusetts.
