The Stanford Graduate School of Business established in the year 1925 is located at Knight Way, Stanford CA. The Stanford Graduate School of Business is an accredited, private business school providing educational opportunities in the field of management. The School is accredited by AACSB. In 2010 the School shifted to its second campus, the Knight Management Center. This campus has eight large buildings offering support to School’s management programs. The School also has the Schwab Residential Center campus. The School on an average has annually – 750 MBA students, 57 Sloan Fellows, 100 PhD students and 40 open enrollment programs in Executive education. The tuition fee at Stanford Graduate School of Business is nearly $53,118 for its MBA program. From the Faculty side, the School has nearly three Nobel laureates, four members of the National Academy of Sciences and two recipients of the John Bates Clark Medal. The Academic programs at Stanford Graduate School of Business include the following – For business leaders there is a two year MBA program, for mid career working professionals there is the one year Stanford Sloan Master’s Program and for experienced managers there is the Executive education program. And for non business college students and graduates there is the Summer Institute for General Management that offers a four week but non degree based business program. For faculty, the School offers Faculty research programs and then there is the PhD degree program. Apart from these programs there is also the Program in Innovation and Entrepreneurship that puts the School’s Master level, PhD level and post doctoral level students with innovators, scientists and engineers of the Silicon Valley for nearly four months. There is also a Summer Institute for Entrepreneurship for non business master level, PhD and post doctoral level students. Further the School also offers dual degree programs in collaboration with other Stanford establishments and Schools. For example there is the JD/MBA degree program with Stanford Law School, MA Education/MBA degree with School of Education, MPP/MBA degree with School of Humanities and Sciences, MS Environment & Resources/MBA degree with School of Earth Sciences and E-IPER, MS Bioengineering/MBA with School of Engineering, MD/MBA with School of Medicine etc. Apart from these, the School also offers a certification program in Public Management. The Stanford Graduate School of Business doesn’t provide any online programs or offers any part time degree courses.
