Course Structure: The course is designed for three semesters, being a full time course. In semester 2, the subjects taught are Contemporary Issues in Hospitality Management, Research Methods and an Industry Project. In semester 3, a student has to take up dissertation on a subject related to the course of study. Fees: Fees for 2010/11 are £5,310 for Home/EU students and £9,750 for overseas students. Similarly fees for 2011/12 are £5,420 for Home/EU students and £9,950 for overseas students.
