Eligible Nationalities

This scholarship is open to international students of all nationalities.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Be a national of a CERN Member or Associate Member State.
  • Have completed at least 18 months of undergraduate studies (Bachelor's or Master's) in an administrative field by October 2024.
  • Remain registered as a full-time student throughout the internship.
  • Possess good knowledge of English or French.
  • STEM/engineering students are not eligible for this program and should consider the CERN Technical Student Programme.

Application Procedure

  • Applications are accepted until July 29th, 2024 (23:59 CET).
  • Required documents include CV, academic transcript, and a reference letter from a university professor (optional: reference letter from a previous internship).
  • Documents must be submitted in English or French and be in PDF format.
  • Applications are reviewed by a panel of CERN experts between July 29th and October 2024.
  • Shortlisted candidates may be contacted for a phone/video interview.
  • Selection results will be communicated by the end of October 2024.
