Entry requirements

Applicants must possess a recognized bachelor's degree, graduate certificate, graduate diploma, master's degree, or an equivalent international qualification in a relevant field. Those without formal qualifications but with at least five years of relevant professional experience in policy development, research, governance, or service delivery may also be considered, provided they submit a detailed CV with their application.

English proficiency is required, which can be demonstrated through one of the following tests:

• TOEFL iBT: Minimum score of 79
• PTE Academic: Minimum score of 58
