  • TOEFL iBT: minimum score of 100
  • PTE Academic: minimum score of 70
  • IELTS: minimum score of 7.0

Applicants should also provide:

  • Official transcripts from all high school academic work
  • A one-page personal essay and responses to Duke-specific short essay questions
  • Three letters of recommendation, including one from a school counselor and two from teachers in core academic subjects
  • A non-refundable application fee.
  • For international students on an F-1 visa, proof of financial ability to cover educational expenses is required, along with the necessary documentation for visa applications.
