Open to citizens of countries with agreements with Croatia, including:

- Germany (Bavaria)
- Italy
- Poland
- Türkiye
- Ukraine
- And several other European and partner countries
Application Pool 2 (Croatian Language Studies)
- Open to students worldwide studying Croatian or Slavic Studies
Eligibility Criteria
General Requirements
- Must be a foreign student, researcher, or academic
- Must apply for a program at an accredited Croatian institution
- Must meet academic and language requirements
Pool 1 Additional Requirements
- Must be nominated by a national authority in your home country
- Must belong to a country with a bilateral agreement
Pool 2 Additional Requirements
- Must be studying Croatian language or Slavic studies
- Must submit a recommendation letter from a Croatian language professor
