Public universities and colleges in Norway do not ask international students for tuition fee. However , International students studying in Norway will have to Pay fee of semester which comes to around NOK 300-600 (see latest dollar conversion for better idea).
This rule is applied to all level of education i.e Bachelor’s, Undergraduate studies, Master’s and PhD programme. This rule is not applied to few special course, most of which are Master level.
