Frank Bake MSc Scholarship for Food Safety and Control Program is open at London South Bank University. The scholarship is for UK, EU or International Students. The Frank Bake Scholarship will extend £4,000 in fee or £500 less than the course tuition fee (which ever may be lowest). The Scholarship is only for MSC food Safety & Control Program. There are only three Scholarships. The application deadline is 14 December 2015 for January 2016 entry.

Scholarship applications will only be accepted from students with the following:
- an LSBU offer (conditional or unconditional) of a place on MSc Food Safety & Control
- proof of academic excellence. Qualifications obtained outside the UK will be assessed for equivalency using NARIC
- evidence of having commitment to their future career and previous practical or academic achievement
UK, EU or International students are eligible for Frank Brake Scholarship at London South Bank University.
Scholarships worth £4,000 towards the fees for UK, EU or International students (or £500 less than the course fees, whichever is the lower)
Selection Criteria: Academic merit of the candidate will be considered as selection criteria. A scholarship panel will select the suitable and meritorious candidates. The decision of the panel will be binding. Therefore no appeal will be considered.

Before founding a multi-million pound company in the food sector, Frank Brake studied Catering Management at London South Bank University. Frank Brake Scholarships are awarded to four students a year for a three year period on the MSc Food Safety and Control courses. There are students who might not be able to study because of financial constraints and so the academics that run both courses are delighted with the new scholarships.
