Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Hold a Master's degree or be an advanced PhD candidate, or
Have between 1 and 10 years of professional experience
Demonstrate leadership potential
Possess strong communication and writing skills in English or French

Have a demonstrated interest in peacebuilding, diplomacy, humanitarian action, or related fields
Be willing to participate in the full fellowship period in Geneva
