Are looking for scholarships to study in Canada? The government of Canada is offering Banting Fellowship Program for international and domestic students. The scholarship is only available for post-doctorate fellowship students who demonstrate high potential to study in Canada.

Degree Level:

Government of Canada EduCanada Banting Postdoctoral Fellowships 2023 is available to undertake Fellowship, Post Doctorate level programs at Canada Universities.

Scholarship Benefits:

A taxable fellowship stipend of 70,000 CAD is awarded each year.

Eligible Nationalities:

All Nationalities

Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicants who are not Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada may only hold their Banting Postdoctoral Fellowship at a Canadian institution.
• Applicants who are Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada and who obtained their PhD, PhD-equivalent or health professional degree from a foreign university may only hold their Banting Postdoctoral Fellowship at a Canadian institution.
• Applicants who are Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada and who obtained their PhD, PhD-equivalent or health professional degree from a Canadian university may hold their Banting Postdoctoral Fellowship at either a Canadian institution or an institution outside of Canada.

Application Procedure:

Confirm that you meet the Banting Postdoctoral Fellowships program's eligibility criteria. Applications that do not meet all the eligibility criteria will not be accepted.
