Degree Level
Hainan University China Link Scholarship 2025 by China Scholarship Council (CSC) - Fully Funded is available to undertake Bachelor, Masters, PhD level programs at Hainan University.
Funding Categories:
- General Scholars: For undergraduate and master’s students.
- Senior Scholars: For Ph.D. students and faculty members.
- Duration: 1-12 months (commencing before August 31, 2025).

Eligible Nationalities
This scholarship is open to international students of all nationalities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Non-Chinese citizens in good physical and mental health.
- Respect Chinese laws and university regulations.
- Age Limits:
- General Scholars: Under 45 years old.
- Senior Scholars: Under 50 years old.
- Language Proficiency:
- Chinese-Taught Programs: HSK Band 4 (score >180).
- English-Taught Programs: TOEFL (score ≥78) or IELTS (band ≥6.0).
Application Procedure
- Register on the CSC Scholarship Website.
- Complete your personal details and select Program Category "Type B".
- Enter the Agency Number: 10589 for Hainan University.
- Upload supporting documents and submit the application.
- Complete the second application via Hainan University’s Portal.
