Harvard University Mountaintop Fellowship with Leadership Training, USA. (Fully Funded)
The Mountaintop Fellowship is a one-year, fully funded fellowship that empowers exceptional emerging leaders to contribute to catalytic change within their own lower-income communities worldwide. The fellowship is designed to help Fellows develop the skills and knowledge they need to be effective leaders, and to launch them on a path of lifelong impact.
The fellowship is open to individuals who are:
- Dedicated to working in lower-income communities
- Passionate about making a difference in the world
- Willing to commit to a year of full-time service
The fellowship includes the following components:
- A two-week Leadership Institute at Harvard University, where Fellows will learn about leadership, ethics, and social change
- A year-long placement with a host organization in a lower-income community, where Fellows will work on a project that addresses a pressing social issue
- Ongoing support from Mountaintop staff and alumni
