Scholarship Description: 

The Government of Republic Korea offers Master Degrees in Global Leaders in Economic Policy Program fully funded by the Korean Government for successful international students from all over the world.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Be officially nominated by their government.


2. Be a government/municipality official or a researcher / an instructor with a Bachelor's degree or higher


3. Be a university/College graduate of have an equivalent educational background.


4. Have a good command of both spoken and written English


5. Be a good health, both physically and mentally.


6. Be preferably under 40 years of age.


7. Have not participated in KOICA's scholarship program or any of the Korean government's scholarship program before (especially in a Master's degree program).

1. How to Apply

HEC application form duly filled in:

• One copy of HEC Application Form dully filled in with the help of computer and signed by employer with NOC (Download from here)


• Four copies of Application Form dully filled in with the help of computer and signed (To be downloaded fromwww.ead.gov.pk)


• One copy of Performa for Foreign Training dully filled in and signed (To be downloaded from www.ead.gov.pk)


• Surety Bonds one copy (each) (To be downloaded from www.ead.gov.pk)


• Undertaking one copy (each)   (To be downloaded from www.ead.gov.pk)


• Passport Copy one copy (each)


• Four Copies of CNIC

HEC: Government of Korea Master's Scholarships Program 2015

Do not attach HEC application with four sets of other documents. HEC application form must be sent separately along with online payment receipt of Rs. 500 (Application Processing Fee) with HEC Application form only. This facility is available in all branches of Habib Bank Ltd. A separate HEC HBL bank Account No. 17427900133401 is being maintained for the purpose

Completely pin up / staple each application form, loose applications will not be entertained.

Application Deadline: 

Applicants are advised to send Four (04) Complete Sets of Application Form (staple each set)  along-with HEC Form separately signed by employer with departmental NOC as mentioned in HEC form to be received at below HEC address on or before 03^rd April 2015.
