Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a citizen and resident of an eligible Small Island Developing State (SIDS).
- Hold a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university awarded in 2015 or later.
- Have a minimum academic performance equivalent to a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
- Possess at least three years of relevant professional work experience.
- Not already hold a Master's degree or a higher qualification.
- Be available to begin studies in Ireland during the 2027 academic year.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities and commitment to national development.
- Show dedication to advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
- Select three eligible Master's programmes.
- Have applied to the Ireland Fellows Programme no more than once previously.
