  • Type B: Scholarship award of CNY 20,000.

Bachelor's Programs:

  • Type A: Scholarship award of CNY 10,000 (applicable to the first year only) for specific programs.
  • Type B: Scholarship award of CNY 10,000 per year for students from designated countries.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the JSU Presidential Scholarship, international students must meet the following criteria:

Bachelor's Degree Programs:

  • Be a citizen of a country other than China.
  • Be between 18 and 25 years old at the time of application.
  • Possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
  • Applicants under 18 must submit a document guaranteeing their well-being from a legal guardian.

Master's Degree Programs:

  • Hold non-Chinese citizenship.
  • Be under 30 years old at the time of application.
  • Possess a bachelor's degree or a recognized equivalent qualification.

Doctoral Degree Programs:

  • Be a citizen of a country other than China.
  • Be under 40 years old at the time of application.
  • Hold a master's degree or a recognized equivalent qualification.
