ABOUT UNIVERSITY:

University of Rome Tor Vergata in Rome, Italy is inviting applications for Scholarships for Master of Science in European Economy and Business Law. International students (EU and Non-EU) are eligible to apply for this scholarship.

No English proficiency certificates are required from students who are citizens of countries where English is one of the official languages and/or from students who have been awarded a degree from institutions where the programme has been taught in English.
Applicants who do not submit an English certificate can still apply.

Available Subject: Scholarships are available to pursue Master of Science in European Economy and Business Law.

Scholarship Benefits: The Master of Science in European Economy and Business Law offers the best-qualified students the possibility to be partially reimbursed for the annual course tuition fee. There are several full and partial tuition fee waivers available for EEBL students, based on merit and academic performance. Three tuition reimbursements will be allocated to first-year students and three partial tuition reimbursements will be allocated to second-year students.

Eligibility: The following criteria must be met in order for applicants to be eligible for the scholarship:

  • An undergraduate degree (or be near completion of the degree) in the areas of Economics, Political Science, Law, Humanities, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or an equivalent degree.

  • English language knowledge: candidates are required to present one of the following certificates with an issue date less than 3 years ago:


– International English language Testing System (IELTS) – minimum score 6.0
– First Certificate (FCE) – University of Cambridge ESOL Exam.
– Business English Certificate (BEC) – vantage level – University of Cambridge ESOL Exam
– Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL): IBT (Internet Based Test) minimum score 65; PBT (Paper Based Test) minimum score 513; CBT (Computer Based Test) minimum score 183
– Trinity College of London – Integrated Skills Examinations – ISE II

Applicants who do not submit an English certificate can still apply. The Admission Board will evaluate their CVs and transcripts and, if the evaluation is positive, applicants will be contacted for a Skype call or an interview at the University to assess their knowledge of English.

Eligible Nationality: International students (EU and Non-EU) are eligible to apply for this scholarship.

 

Application Procedure: Students will be evaluated by the Admission Board once they will have filled in the on-line application form and uploaded all the required documents listed below (in English):

  • Transcript of records including a list of the completed exams and marks in the undergraduate degree.

  • Curriculum vitae (in pdf). The Admission Board will evaluate the information included in the CV and verify the applicant’s overall profile, experience and knowledge.

  • Reference letter from one referee. Once the contact details of the referee are inserted, the system will automatically send out a request to the referee to upload the reference letter and follow the instructions in the automatic reply.

  • English proficiency certificate to be inserted in the last page of your CV.
