Arts University Bournemouth is inviting applications for scholarship competition for September 2016 entry. There are 4 full tuition fee scholarships open to international (non-EU) students for pursuing MA programme.

University’s mission is simple. They are searching the globe for the most promising creatives in the fields of Film, Animation, Photography and Architecture.

Arts University Bournemouth (abbreviated AUB) is a further and higher education university based in Poole, Dorset, United Kingdom, specializing in art, performance, design, and media. It was formerly known as The Arts University College at Bournemouth and The Arts Institute at Bournemouth.

For overseas applicants university accepts a range of English Language qualifications including IELTS score of 6.5 or above.

Course Level: Scholarships are available for pursuing masters programme.

Study Subject: Scholarships are awarded in the field of Film Production, Commercial Photography, Animation Production and Architecture

Scholarship Award: There are 4 full tuition fee scholarships available, one for each of the below courses for 2016 entry only:
-MA Film Production (all pathways EXCEPT directing) x 1 full tuition fee scholarship worth £18,000
-MA Commercial Photography x 1 full tuition fee scholarship worth £14,400
-MA Animation Production x 1 full tuition fee scholarship worth £14,400
-Master of Architecture (ARB/RIBA Part 2) x 1 full tuition fee scholarship (year one only) worth £14,400
Scholarships are for tuition fees only, living and accommodation expenses are not included.

Eligibility: BA (Hons) in Arts, Design, Media or Performance (2:1 or above)

Nationality: International (non-EU) students can apply for this scholarship.

College Admission Requirement

Entrance Requirement: Applicants will usually have a 2.1 or equivalent undergraduate level qualification.

English Language Requirement: For overseas applicants university will accept a range of English Language qualifications including the following qualifications for MA and Master of Architecture (MArch) courses:
-Cambridge Certificate of Advanced English (CAE) grade C\
-Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE) grade C
-Certificate of Attainment in English (London Board) level 5 or 6
-IELTS score of 6.5 or above
International Baccalaureate (IB): Language B at Higher Level grade 4, or Language B at Standard Level grade 5.

Scholarships for International Students in UK, 2016

Supporting Material: -Applicants have to post a piece of their best work publicly on any social media. This could be a photo, a drawing, a video, a script or anything else related to the fields of Architecture, Photography, Animation or Film Production.
-Next they have to complete the short entry form and they will get a confirmation email once entry will be received.
-If applicants are selected after stage one, all they need to do is apply in the normal way to the relevant MA course and have to submit:
(a) all the qualifications that they have and remember to include all qualifications that they are currently taking.
(b) their personal statement

How to Apply: Applicant can register and apply for a taught MA through online application form. To see if applicant is in with a chance of winning, they need to post their best piece of work publicly on any social media channel with the hashtag #AUBemerge and fill in a short form.
