Scholarship Description: Northern Michigan University is offering International Academic Awards to pursue undergraduate programme. These scholarships are available to new NMU students who enroll Fall 2017 or later.


Northern Michigan has a population of about 9,000 undergraduate and graduate students.  It offers 147-degree programs, including 25 graduate programs.


Degree Level: Awards are available for pursuing undergraduate programme.


Available Subject: Awards are awarded to study the subjects offered by the university.


Scholarship Benefits: $2,200/yr.



Eligibility:  Applicants must meet the following area for the scholarship:




  • May receive scholarships for up to 8 semesters (new international freshman) or 6 semesters for transfer students, or until completion of first bachelor’s degree, whichever comes first.

  • Must maintain a cumulative 3.0 NMU G.P.A. and full-time enrollment.

  • Must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy requirements.

  • FAO Monitors annually at the conclusion of the winter semester


Nationality: International students are eligible to apply.
