About this course

This third course in the project management specialization introduces the principles and practices of Agile project management, with a focus on how teams and organizations deliver value in dynamic environments. Learners will explore how Agile differs from traditional project management approaches and learn how to apply Agile methods to improve planning, execution, and outcomes. Learners will be able to apply Agile practices, evaluate organizational effectiveness, and demonstrate leadership approaches that support successful project delivery. This course can be taken for academic credit as part of CU Boulder’s Master of Engineering in Engineering Management (ME-EM) degree offered on the Coursera platform.
