About this course
コースの目的経営戦略を“筋道立てて考える力”を養うための、最初の一歩です。戦略を「カタカナ理論」ではなく、「勝ち続けるための行動設計」として実感してもらうことが目的です。コースの内容身近な事例やビジネスケースを題材に、「戦略とは何か？」を具体的に捉え、自分の言葉で語れるようになるための構造トレーニングを行います。フレームワークなどの道具には頼りません。コースの特徴戦略という抽象的な概念を具体的に言語化し、それに基づいて演習を重ねることで戦略の本質を理解し、戦略を立てられるような設計になっています。また随所にAIアバターとのロールプレイを挟むことで、自分の言葉でリアルタイムに説明できるトレーニングもできるようになっています。コース後の姿戦略を“定義から立て直す”視点が身につき、抽象的な議論にも軸を持って参加できるようになります。自分の仮説で勝ち筋を描けるビジネスパーソンを目指します。
