Grief is a difficult topic to talk about and is often misunderstood. But what is grief? It is a profound mental anguish that arises from loss, particularly the loss of a loved one. Grief is a reaction to the loss or change of something familiar in your life. In this course, I will briefly discuss a loss by suicide because I have personal experience with it.This course invites you to think about grief in a way you may not have thought about before.
