Becoming a Service Mapping Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is a really daunting task. Before even qualifying to take the exam, there are two training courses required: Service Mapping FundamentalsService Mapping AdvancedAfter completing both Service Mapping courses, you are then faced with the task of studying for the exam. Speaking from personal experience, the exam itself is formidable. Moreover, I found it to be even more challenging considering the amount of information that was required to even have a chance of passing.Service Mapping isn't the only area that is covered on this exam - you must also have expert-level familiarity with the entire ITOM product suite, familiarity with ITSM processes, and other topics such as Regular Expression and command line interface across multiple operating systems. Taking all of this and the lack of accurate practice tests available into consideration, I decided to create my own course. Getting certified for this product area you are probably already working on everyday should be difficult, otherwise it would hold no merit, but it shouldn't be that difficult.The purpose of these practice tests is to provide exam candidates with relevant questions and accurate answers to make preparing to take the CIS - Service Mapping exam a less exhausting process.
