Each role begins with the introduction of the role stating the kind of skills is required to make you ready for the role.You are then exposed to the core skills targeting a particular role. During the learning, you will be made observant with few videos which have some situations illustrated in the video. You have to analyze the situation and answer the thought-provoking questions.
