Scholarship Description:

The Orange Tulip Scholarship Programme (OTS) is a scholarship program designed to support Indian and Indonesian students who wish to study in the Netherlands. The scholarship is available to students who wish to pursue undergraduate or postgraduate studies at Dutch universities that participate in the program.

The OTS is funded by Dutch higher education institutions and is managed by Nuffic Neso India and Nuffic Neso Indonesia, which are the representative offices of Dutch universities in India and Indonesia, respectively. The scholarship covers partial or full tuition fees, living expenses, and other expenses related to studying in the Netherlands.

These scholarships are managed and promoted by the Nesos (Netherlands Education Support Offices).

Please note that the courses offered, the application requirements and the total amount of the scholarship vary per country and institution. The institutions will select those who will be granted the scholarship.

Eligible Nationalities:

This scholarship is open to international students from India and Indonesia.

Eligibility Criteria:

In order to be eligible for OTS, candidates must:

  • be citizens of one of the following countries; India or Indonesia;
  • not have a degree from a Dutch education institution;
  • not be currently studying or working in the Netherlands;
  • currently be undergoing the admission process or be already admitted to a study programme or course at one of the Dutch higher education institutions participating in OTS.
