University of Newcastle Scholarship is exclusively open for international and Australian students starting a PhD programme in 2017. The scholarship is granted in the subjects on “Understanding How Innate lymphoid Cell Regulate Mammalian Lung Development”.

Scholarship Award: The scholarship will covers $26,288, indexed in January each year. The scholarship is for a period of 3 years, with the possibility of a six-month extension.

Eligibility: Applicants must meet the following area for the scholarship:

• GPA of at least 5.25 out of 7, English Proficiency, Honours Class One or equivalent. Experience in Immunology, developmental biology, respiratory biology, flow cytometry, RNA-sequencing and mouse models would be a strategic advantage.
