Postdoctoral Fellowship in Spain medical optics for endocrinology

ICFO is now accepting applications for postdoctoral fellowship programme. Candidates of all nationalities are eligible to apply for this position.

Scholarships in Spain

Eligibility: Applicants must meet all of the following criteria to be eligible to apply for this position:-
-Candidates must hold an internationally recognized Ph.D.-equivalent degree (or evidence of its completion in the near future) in a relevant field.
-Scientific background: Previous experience with diffuse optics for medicine including instrumentation as well as theoretical background. Demonstrated experience in translational research in particular in clinical settings is important. Experience in ultrasound and/or other medical imaging technologies will be taken positively. A strong publication record and the contact information of three referees is needed.
-Computational background must include advanced Matlab/Octave, C/C++ programming, and hardware control. Demonstrated strength in other similar programming languages/platforms may replace some of the languages.
