The TDRA BETHA Program 2026 is a prestigious scholarship initiative by the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) ICT Fund in the UAE. Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s Degree Applicants

  • UAE citizenship and civil registry proof
  • Minimum 75% in secondary school certificate or equivalent
  • Apply for ICT-related specializations
  • Graduated within the last three years
  • Not employed
  • No previous scholarships or financial assistance from other entities
  • Male applicants must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the National Service Authority or proof of completion
  • English proficiency:

  1. IELTS ≥ 6
  2. EmSAT ≥ 1430
  3. TOEFL ≥ 510
  4. SAT ≥ 480

Master’s Degree Applicants

  • UAE citizenship with Family Book proof
  • Apply for ICT-related specializations
  • Minimum CGPA 3.0/4.0 in the bachelor’s degree
  • No other scholarships or financial assistance
  • Male applicants: NOC or completion letter required
  • Employed students are eligible, but monthly allowance is not provided
Ongoing Students

  • Bachelor: CGPA ≥ 2.8, 12+ credit hours, major courses B or above
  • Master: CGPA ≥ 3.0, 9+ credit hours

Students not selected may reapply after one semester with minimum GPA requirements

Application Procedure

Prepare Required Documents:

  • Full university acceptance/admission letter (conditional approvals not accepted)
  • Certified high school certificate (for undergraduates) or bachelor’s transcript (for postgraduates)
  • Family Book (all pages)
  • Official IBAN letter under student’s name
  • NOC for male applicants (if applicable)

  • Apply via the TDRA ICT Fund portal once registration opens
  • Registration for Fall 2025 is closed; Spring 2026 dates will be announced later
