Applicants must provide the following materials in duplicate:
For Master’s Students:
  • Complete the CSC Application Form via the CSC Online Registration System.
  • Notarized undergraduate diploma and degree certificate.
  • Transcripts of all undergraduate courses.
  • A study and research plan (minimum 800 words in English or Chinese).
  • Two recommendation letters from associate professors or equivalent professionals.
  • A list and abstracts of any published papers.
  • A copy of a valid passport.
  • The completed Foreigner Physical Examination Record (downloadable at CSC’s website).
For Doctoral Students:
  • Complete the CSC Application Form via the CSC Online Registration System.
  • Notarized master’s degree certificate and diploma.

  • A study and research plan (minimum 800 words in English or Chinese).

Language Requirement:

Applicants must provide an HSK certificate (Chinese Proficiency Test). Those without prior Chinese language knowledge will need to complete one year of language training and pass the examination before commencing professional studies.
