Terms & conditions

Refund policy. This is a service fee for professional work. It is fully refundable if we are unable to proceed with your case, or (for application-based services) if we fail to secure any offer despite complete and genuine documents. You may cancel for a full refund within 7 days, provided work has not yet been submitted on your behalf. The fee is non-refundable if you stop responding for 15+ days, withdraw after submission, provide false or incomplete information, or proceed with another provider.

By purchasing you agree to be contacted by our team about your case, and to provide accurate information and documents. Deliverables and timelines are as described on this page. All communication and files are handled through your account on a private support ticket.
