The HALRIC Research Internship Programme 2025-2026 offers Bachelor’s and Master’s students the opportunity to participate in cutting-edge Life Science research across Europe. This prestigious internship programme connects students with world-class infrastructures such as MAX IV, ESS, DESY, European XFEL, and leading hospitals and universities in the ÖKS-Hamburg Region, enabling participants to gain international research experience and interdisciplinary exposure.

Degree Level and Subject

  • Degree Level: Bachelor’s and Master’s students.
  • Subject Area: Life Sciences, interdisciplinary biomedical research, structural biology, medical sciences, and related fields.

Eligible Nationalities

  • Students enrolled at HALRIC partner universities are eligible, including:
    • Sweden: Lund University, Malmö University, MAX IV, ESS, Skåne University Hospital (SUS)
    • Denmark: University of Copenhagen, Technical University of Denmark, Aarhus University, University of Southern Denmark (SDU), Rigshospitalet / Region Hovedstaden
