The Ontario Graduate Scholarships (OGS) 2027-2028 at Carleton University offer outstanding graduate students the opportunity to receive up to CAD $15,000 in financial support for master's and doctoral studies in Canada. Funded jointly by the Government of Ontario and Carleton University, the scholarship recognizes academic excellence and supports students pursuing full-time graduate programs.
The OGS is a merit-based scholarship and is available across all academic disciplines. However, international applicants must already be studying in Ontario under a valid Canadian study permit at the application deadline to be eligible.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Apply for an eligible full-time master's or doctoral program at Carleton University.
- Meet the minimum academic requirement of 10.0 GPA (A− equivalent) in each of the final two years of full-time study.
- Demonstrate strong academic achievement and research potential.
- Submit all required application documents before the deadline.
- International applicants must hold a valid Canadian study permit and be studying in Ontario at the application deadline.
- Meet all university and scholarship regulations.
Students with disabilities may be eligible to hold the scholarship while studying part-time.
