- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale
- Participate in athletics
- Demonstrate strong character and volunteer service
- Reside in one of the following counties:
- Sarpy County
- Douglas County
- Cass County
- Lancaster County
- Pottawattamie County
