The program offers two distinct pathways:

• Coursework – complete 36 credit points through a series of coursework modules.
• Coursework and dissertation – complete 24 credit points through coursework and a 12 credit point dissertation, totaling 36 credit points. This option is available after successfully completing 12 credit points of coursework with a minimum GPA requirement.

After one year of full-time study (24 credit points), you may choose to graduate with a Graduate Diploma in Information Technology Management, Internetworking and Security, or Data Science based on your completed coursework.

Entry requirements

Applicants must possess a recognized Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (AQF Level 7) or an equivalent qualification. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree along with an approved IT qualification (AQF Level 8), or an Honours degree (AQF Level 8) combined with five years of relevant experience may also be accepted. Informal or non-formal learning experiences may be considered as well.
