Final Semester (Internship): The programme culminates in an internship, allowing students to apply their academic learning in a professional environment. Students can choose a host institution for their internship from the following options:

  • A) Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1: Specializing in microbiology related to agri-food, biomedicine, and the environment.
  • B) University of British Columbia (UBC): Renowned for food science.
