Sports Strength and Conditioning is a postgraduate program aimed at enhancing your skills as a strength and conditioning practitioner. You will build on established industry training while learning to create, assess, and implement evidence-based conditioning programs tailored for athletes.
This program is available for full-time study over 12 months or part-time study over 24 months.

Applicants should possess at least a 2.2 (Lower Second Class) honours bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field. Alternatively, substantial experience in strength and conditioning may also be considered.
