Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the NL Scholarship 2026–2027, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You hold non-EEA nationality.
  • You are applying for a full-time bachelor’s or master’s programme at one of the participating Dutch Higher Education Institutions (DHEIs).
  • You meet the specific admission requirements of your chosen institution.
  • You do not hold a degree from a Dutch educational institution.
