The scholarship is available for Postgraduate Taught Master’s courses at The Bartlett. Eligible courses include a wide range of disciplines within the built environment, such as:

Applicants must have secured an offer of admission to a Bartlett master’s course starting in September 2026. Certain courses like MEng and MSci Architecture are classified as undergraduate courses and fall under The Bartlett Promise Undergraduate Scholarship.
Benefits
The Bartlett Promise Scholarship provides:

Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Bartlett Promise Master’s Scholarship, candidates must:
- Be UK-domiciled with home fee status or be a forced migrant in the UK.
- Have an offer of admission to a Bartlett master’s course for 2026-27.
- Not have previously completed a master’s or PhD degree.
- Additional criteria for the Aziz Foundation Scholarship include:
- Identifying as a British Muslim and/or supporting British Muslim communities.
- Candidates must also meet at least one additional criterion, including:
- Financial need (household income below £42,875)
- Belonging to a Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic background
- Gypsy, Roma or Traveller community
- Having a disability or care responsibilities
- First-generation university student at undergraduate or postgraduate level
Application Procedure
The application process for the Bartlett Promise Master’s Scholarship is as follows:
- Plan your application – Review eligibility criteria and FAQs carefully.
- Select a Bartlett master’s course – Identify the course you want to study.
- Apply for admission – Submit your master’s application starting October 2025.
- Secure an offer of admission – Candidates must have an offer by 31 May 2026.
- Apply for the scholarship – Complete the application form between 1 March and 31 May 2026.
One-to-one dialogue – Shortlisted candidates will engage in a discussion with the Windsor Fellowship, and Aziz Foundation representatives if applicable, between 17 June and 3 July 2026.
Selection and notification – Successful applicants will be notified by 20 July 2026.
