About this course

In this course, the physiology of stretching will be covered, including the terminology, anatomy and specifics of stretching. There are several types of stretching and these are covered here with examples of each type. Specific stretches for different areas of the body are covered as well as issues and solutions that can occur when stretching. This includes the lower body - feet, calves, front of the lower leg, hamstrings, quads, hip flexors and gluts as well as deep hip rotators.
