Eligibility Criteria

- Must meet at least one of the following location criteria:
- Reside in or attend school in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area
- Reside in or attend school in Georgia
- Reside in or attend school in Pennsylvania
- Be enrolled in a recognized Historically Black College or University (HBCU)
- Must be majoring in a human services-related field
Unlike many scholarships, financial need is not a requirement, as selection is based on merit.
