Lumen Technologies is seeking a Security Operations Engineer for APAC deployments. You will lead onboarding and deployment of managed security services, coordinating with customers to deploy log collectors, agents and testing activations. You’ll monitor and operate FortiSIEM and Swimlane SOAR on AWS, manage deployment activities for new customers, and provide 3rd level support in a multi-tenant environment.
