Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Be 25 to 40 years old.
Hold a first university degree.
Demonstrate the ability to conduct independent academic research.
Be a mid-level professional working in a government agency, or another governmental or non-governmental organization dealing with maritime affairs.
Work in a role that contributes to policy formulation or implementation related to maritime affairs.
Submit a nomination and recommendation from an appropriate authority.
Propose a research program that directly supports the development or implementation of maritime policies in the applicant’s country.
Be available full-time during the entire fellowship period.
