Room type: Single room with private bathroom in 4 person apartment
Full rate: $349 per week
50% scholarship rate: $174.50 per week
Bond payment: $698 (4 weeks rent)
Holding fee: $174.50, which will go toward the first-week rent

Room type: Large studio with single bed and kitchen
Total rate: $469 per week
50% scholarship rate: $234.50 per week
Bond payment: $938 (4 weeks rent)
Holding fee: $234.50, which will go toward the first-week rent

Eligibility Criteria for Urbanest Accommodation Scholarship:

• Be a prospective international student (over 18 years of age)
• Be eligible to study in Australia starting in Semester 1, 2022 (February intake)
• Meet normal degree admission requirements for the degree applied into
• Meet the minimum English language entry requirements for the degree applied into
• Have accepted the UniSA offer for the degree applied into

Scholarship conditions

• Students must be in Australia to apply for this scholarship
• The scholarship cannot be deferred or extended
• Scholarship recipients must sign a 12-month lease with Urbanest North Terrace
• Scholarship recipients must pay a bond payment equivalent to 4 weeks rent 
• Scholarship recipients must pay a holding deposit equivalent to 1-week rent at a 50% discounted rate

Urbanest Accommodation Scholarships are available to

• New Urbanest residents only
• New bachelor or master coursework students commencing a new degree in Semester 1, 2022
• Students that are not sponsored by a foreign government or Australian government

Application Procedure for Urbanest Accommodation Scholarship:

1. Find the best degree for you
2. Check entry requirements. Confirm you meet all entry requirements (English, academic, and degree-specific requirements) for your degree.
3. Apply for your degree to start in Semester 1, 2022  (February intake).
4. Once you have accepted your offer to start in Semester 1, 2022, and are located in Australia, you can apply for this scholarship.
