Your Mission Help build the organization s pipeline of speakers and content themes for live and virtual conferences, webinars, workshops, and custom events Work with a cross-functional team to help implement effective organizational efficiencies Support program development through content and speaker research Organize pipelines and recruitment campaigns and develop invitation strategies
Daily Responsibilities
Research, identify and qualify potential speaker candidates for multiple event formats - including webinars, workshops, virtual events, and live conferences
Create and maintain speaker recruitment records in the Salesforce platform
Draft speaker invitations, set up informational calls
Collect speaker materials - regularly communicate and manage deadlines and needs
Prep materials for event program certification credits
Identify experiential opportunities such as happy hours, networking, games
Support team with video QA
