Responsibilities

•Gain insight into tech sales processes and best practices

•Build foundational knowledge of inbound and outbound sales processes

•Understand how B2B companies build and expand their customer base

•Gather prospecting intelligence to help build pipeline faster

•Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives on their prospecting journey

•Enrich data by identifying buying persona and entering them in Salesforce

•Help prepare marketing campaigns and uncover leads via social media

•Support Operations projects

•Triage, segment, and clean inbound leads to support SDR prospecting efforts
